Terms of Service

Last updated September 6, 2026

The terms that apply to using Meet My Menu.

  1. The service. Meet My Menu ("we", operated by Avital Drel, New Jersey, USA, contact@meetmymenu.com) provides a voice-first tool that reads restaurant menus aloud and answers questions about them. The service is currently free.
  2. Not medical or dietary advice. Menu, ingredient, price, and allergen information comes from menu photos, restaurant pages, and AI interpretation, and may be incomplete, out of date, or wrong. Never rely on Meet My Menu alone for allergy or health decisions — always confirm with restaurant staff. Your use of the service is at your own risk.
  3. Accounts. You are responsible for activity under your account. You may delete your account in the app (Settings) or by emailing us.
  4. Acceptable use. Do not misuse the service, attempt to access other users' data, scrape it at volume, or use it unlawfully.
  5. Your content. You keep rights to the photos and questions you submit. You grant us the license needed to operate the service (process, transcribe, store per the Privacy Policy).
  6. Intellectual property. The service, branding, and site content are ours; do not copy them except as allowed by law.
  7. Disclaimers. The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, to the maximum extent permitted by law.
  8. Limitation of liability. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the past 12 months (which is currently $0).
  9. Changes. We may update these terms; the date above will change and continued use means acceptance.
  10. Governing law. New Jersey, USA, excluding conflict-of-law rules.
